What the MAF™ is
The Mobile Access Facility™ is a road-transportable, self-contained accessible unit. It arrives on a trailer, is levelled and connected by our team, and gives a person with physical access needs a bathroom, bedroom and living space built around them from the frame up.
Stay, hire or buy an accessible transportable unit
The Mobile Access Facility™ (MAF™) puts a bathroom, bedroom and living space for people with physical access needs into one self-contained, road-transportable unit. Fortitude Essentials™ delivers it, levels it, connects it and packs it down. You just use it.
Built around access
A powered platform lift at the side door and steps at the rear. Doorways with an 840 mm minimum clear opening, a 1500 mm turning circle, and a roll-in shower with a fold-down seat and rails. The full list of measurements is on The MAF™ page, so you can check the numbers before you book.
Set up for you
We check the site, deliver the unit, level it and connect the services. When the stay or hire ends, we pack it down and take it away. Nothing is built and nothing is left behind. We provide accommodation and infrastructure only, not care or supervision.
Prices
Stays are from $350 AUD per night, with a two-night minimum. Hire is quoted per site. Units are for sale from $155,000 AUD ex GST, and we currently deliver within Western Australia. We work with individuals who may receive NDIS funding; the NDIS website explains what a plan can cover.
