Accessible design licensing covers every Fortitude Essentials™ design: the Mobile Access Facility™, the Mobile Care Facility and the Essential Access Pods, as whole units or as individual drawing sets. The Mobile Access Facility™ is Patent Pending. Evaluation follows a staged disclosure process.

Who accessible design licensing is for
Manufacturers who want to build our units under licence, operators who want to deploy them at scale in their own territory or sector, and builders or designers who want to license a set of drawings for a project. A licence can cover a complete unit, such as the MAF™ or an Essential Access Pod, or individual designs and drawings from our library. Fortitude Essentials™ licenses the designs; it does not publish manufacturing detail or partner identities.

Staged disclosure
Substantive evaluation of any of our designs follows three stages. Each stage discloses more and asks more of the counterparty. Moving from Green to Amber takes a single conversation.
Green: public
What it discloses. Patent Pending status; the applicant entity, Fortitude Essentials Pty Ltd (ACN 610 628 129); the standard inclusions and configurations on The MAF™ and Essential Access Pods pages; this disclosure framework.
What it requires. Nothing. It is published on this site.
Amber: under NDA
What it discloses. A technical briefing with a walkthrough of the claims; the engineering brief covering single-doorway access and egress, structural continuity, occupant transfer and panel performance; selected drawings and 3D model excerpts; indicative capacity and lead times.
What it requires. A signed non-disclosure agreement between Fortitude Essentials Pty Ltd and a named organisation, and a named contact with the authority to sign it.
Red: commercial
What it discloses. Commercial terms; the full engineering pack; bills of material; manufacturing detail; operational know-how.
What it requires. An executed licence or supply agreement.
Patent Pending
The Mobile Access Facility™ is the subject of a patent application by Fortitude Essentials Pty Ltd (ACN 610 628 129). The application reference, the claims and the drawings are shared at the Amber stage under NDA, not on this site.
Engineered to a proprietary access standard that exceeds minimum regulatory requirements. Purpose-built for the Australian regulatory environment. Compliance documentation available on request.
