Nobody who has decided on a unit wants to wait for it. Pick the path that suits you. Each one starts within a business day.
Try it first
Book a stay in the MAF™ from $350 AUD per night, or hire one for a short placement at your site. You find out how the lift, the bathroom and the bed work for the person who will use it before you commit. If you sign the Contract of Sale within 60 days after your stay or hire ends, the price of your stay, or your hire fee, is credited against your purchase (delivery, set-up and any bond are not credited). Stays and short hires open once our insurance is in place; register and we will email you first.
Reserve a build slot
Units are built to order, so your place in the queue matters. A refundable $5,000 AUD reservation deposit holds that place while we confirm your configuration, and is refundable in full at any time until you sign the Contract of Sale, when it is credited to the contract deposit. Pay it online now, or ask for a written quote first and we will invoice it. Cooling-off and refunds are explained under Price and lead time, below.

Who buys an accessible transportable unit
Aged care and healthcare providers who need accessible accommodation or an accessible amenities base at a site without building. Disability providers placing a self-contained unit for the people they support. Caravan parks adding a purpose-built accessible site. Two ways in: a powered platform lift at the side door, and steps at the rear. The unit is unstaffed and self-contained. It is designed for guests who can use it independently or with a carer they arrange.

The MAF™ comes in three configurations: MAF Metro, MAF Remote and the Mobile Care Facility (MCF) for health services. What each configuration includes as standard, and what is available as an option, is set out in the configurations table on The MAF™ page. Configuration is confirmed on quote.

Price and lead time
From $196,900 AUD including GST ($179,000 AUD ex GST). Lead time depends on order volume and is confirmed on your quote. Free delivery within the Perth metropolitan area (postcodes 6000 to 6199). Regional WA delivery is from $500 AUD ex GST and is confirmed on quote, with configuration and commissioning. We currently deliver within Western Australia. For commercial quantities, please contact us.
Reserving a unit. A refundable $5,000 AUD reservation deposit holds your build slot. It is refundable in full at any time until you sign the Contract of Sale, when it is credited to the contract deposit. Pay it online, or ask for a written quote and we will invoice it.
Cooling-off: if you are an individual buying for your own or your household’s use, and not for a business, you can cancel within 7 calendar days after your order is placed (the day the Contract of Sale is signed by both of us and we receive the contract deposit) for a full refund of everything you have paid, and manufacture starts when those 7 days end. Business and organisation orders have no cooling-off: the order is placed when the Contract of Sale is signed and the deposit is received, and manufacture starts that day.
Try it first: if you sign the Contract of Sale within 60 days after a stay or hire ends, the stay price or the hire fee is credited against your purchase. Refunds are paid within 10 business days. See Returns and Refunds.
What comes with the unit
- Delivery and commissioning at your site, with a handover walkthrough of the lift, the doors and the bathroom
- A handover pack comes with every unit; its contents are confirmed on your quote
- A written warranty against defects; its terms are set out with your quote

How buying works

Quote
We confirm your configuration, delivery and commissioning details, then send a written quote from $196,900 AUD including GST ($179,000 AUD ex GST).

Deposit
Pay the refundable $5,000 AUD deposit online, or we invoice it once you accept the quote. Then we send the Contract of Sale: your order is placed when we have both signed and the contract deposit is received. Individuals buying for their household have a 7 calendar day cooling-off from that day; organisations have none.

Build
Your unit is built to the confirmed configuration. Lead time depends on order volume and is confirmed on your quote. Progress updates by email.

Delivery and handover
We deliver within Western Australia and hand over with a walkthrough, a handover pack and a written warranty. The balance is invoiced before delivery and paid by PayTo or bank transfer.
NDIS funding
We work with individuals who may receive NDIS funding. A unit purchase is high-cost assistive technology and needs an assessor’s report and a written quote. The report comes from your own assessor; we provide the written quote.
